Loose 10 kg fast without exercise in 30 days

Hello Friends,

I want to share with you some tips that allows you to loose weigth and burn your body fat fast and easy, without the need of doing any exercise, going to the gym or working out hard.

Is that possible? I didn't believe first but after I tried it....I can say WHY NOT !!!!

We know that exercising is important to tone the body, but it is more important to stop eating non-healthy food or fatty food because while we take less calories, our bodies are still burning the same calories as it uses to. Our bodies need to burn calories to survive, in a daily basis, but I'm not saying stop exercising or don't go to the gym. I'm just saying that if you are not going to the gym to loose those pounds, you can still loose them without going.

Ok, here the tips:

- Eat frequently. Every 3-4 hours.

- Make your Lunch your main meal.

- Stop eating after 7 p.m.

- Prefer fruit to juices.

- Leave sugary beverages.

- Have a lots of veggies, green if possible.

- Chew your food at least 40 times.

Sleep to loose

It is important to sleep well over 6 hours daily, but no more than 8 hours, to loose weight.

While we sleep, our body starts to renew and regenerate the body's cells, also it consumes extra energy the body has.

It is very important to have a good sleep for reducing weight, burning extra fat, renewing skin, improving brain health, and having a good mood the next day.
