Loose weight while sleeping

These days I was really interested in looking for a way to loose weight while doing NOTHING !!!

Believe me or not, burning fat and reducing weight is possible if you do nothing, no diet and no excercise. What else do we need?.

Only you have to follow a good, regenerative way to SLEEP. Yes !!! Loose weight while sleeping, and it is possible.

I found in this site a good testimony on how to loose weight and keep healthy while sleeping.
But be sure to sleep more than 6 hours but no more than 8 hours, as I reported in my last post

Sleep to loose

It is important to sleep well over 6 hours daily, but no more than 8 hours, to loose weight.

While we sleep, our body starts to renew and regenerate the body's cells, also it consumes extra energy the body has.

It is very important to have a good sleep for reducing weight, burning extra fat, renewing skin, improving brain health, and having a good mood the next day.
