Sleep to loose

It is important to sleep well over 6 hours daily, but no more than 8 hours, to loose weight.

While we sleep, our body starts to renew and regenerate the body's cells, also it consumes extra energy the body has.

It is very important to have a good sleep for reducing weight, burning extra fat, renewing skin, improving brain health, and having a good mood the next day.
